Hello I am Helen your fully qualified ASA level 2 Swimming instructor who has been specialising in teaching babies, children and adults for the last 12+ years.
During this period I have taught Conwy County School Swimming & Water Safety to Primary Schools and Children's group swimming lessons all in accordance with the Swim Wales ASA Framework.
For over 10 years I was a Water Babies Instructor across the North Wales & Cheshire Region.
Over summer months in my role as an Outdoor Swim Instructor I have delivered RNLI Swim Safe outdoor swimming sessions across Conwy and Gwynedd. I am also an Instructor for Rookie Lifeguard and Lifesaving.
I am insured via STA (Swimming Teachers Association) and hold a valid National Rescue Award Swimming Teachers & Coaches Award.
My private Group lessons for Parent & baby/child are ideal for total beginners, intermediate levels or nervous swimmers.
Lessons are 30 minutes and are child led with the focus on fun and water safety.
